Return policy:

Defects detected by the consumer are reported by telephone or email to info@bonsajzilina.sk or by post to the contact address.

In case of complaints of purchased goods, the consumer is obliged to provide all necessary documents, Invoice, tax document, instructions for use, warranty card. If the consumer returns the purchased goods, he has to return it completely as he has received it. Information on the progress of complaints is sent via mail communication.

Due to the variety of offered assortment, we reserve the right to review complaints individually.
